Hi, I'm Raphael.
Coming out of a Scientific Baccalaureate, I decided to study the subject I liked the most: physics.
It was a natural choice for me and the logical continuation of my life.
However, I realized, after a year and a half of studies in the field, that I was bored and that my future
projects were not very exciting. I therefore decided to stop my studies, a heavy decision that disappointed
many people close to me.
I already knew which school to go to and what I wanted to do later: work in programming and study at the IIM
Digital School. Whether it was in web design or in video games, I wanted to try my hand at programming. Yes,
you read that right, I had never touched a single line of code before. So before applying to the school, I tried
to introduce myself to video game development by creating Mãe. It was an enriching experience that allowed me
to confirm my choices.
Four years later, here I am coding this portfolio, with several projects behind me, including EVA, which won the
first edition of the Hauts-de-Seine video game and digital festival.
I still have a lot to learn, and I feel like I'm going to have fun.
